To the "new" force China's foreign trade "rebound curve" demonstrates resilience and vitality
People's Daily Beijing, June 16 (reporter Li Baochu) Recently, the General Administration of Customs released data show that in the first five months of this year, the total value of China's trade in goods imports and exports was 17.5 trillion yuan, an increase of 6.3%. Among them, the import and export volume in May was 3.71 trillion yuan, the growth rate was 0.6 percentage points higher than that in April to 8.6%.
From the ups and downs of exports in the first quarter to the month-by-month improvement since April and May, China's foreign trade imports and exports have stepped out of a steady "rebound curve".
Insiders said that the continuous consolidation of the good momentum of foreign trade is closely related to the continued recovery of China's economic operation. Driven by the good export momentum of high-end, intelligent and green products and the steady expansion of import scale, the monthly import and export growth rate further accelerated.
