On August 29, the sixth meeting of the Central Deep Reform Commission deliberated and adopted the "Opinions on the implementation of the upgrading strategy of the Pilot Free Trade Zone", which pointed out that: "The implementation of the upgrading strategy of the pilot free trade zone is aimed at exploring in a wider area and at a deeper level to achieve the institutional opening level of the pilot free trade zone, the effectiveness of systematic reform, and the overall improvement of the quality of the open economy."
